Justin Hoke
Justin Hoke (born 1987) holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Music from the Eastman School of Music. Justin lives and works in western China, where, in addition to composing, he researches, archives, and interprets the traditional cuisine of the region.
